Tracing the boundaries of each leads to painting matter. If you want to paint a landscape, you have to paint the air. If you paint light, you paint light. And energy. There are no boundaries between air, light, and energy, so it is impossible to draw a line. However, today I also drew a line along the boundary. When you look at what I drew, it looks as if I am drawing matter, which is dangerous, but I was trying to find a way to avoid that appearance. If the brightness is just right, you can feel that you are capturing the light rather than the material. I realized that it takes a lot of experience to be able to draw quickly, because the “perfect” is a delicate thing that can be shifted by even the slightest distraction. However, it is better to draw at a right angle to the boundary of the material.
